At Synergy Support Services, we go above and beyond providing specialized behavioural services to Hospitals and healthcare providers, Educational and Learning institutions, Social Service Agencies, Families and Residential Facilities etc.
SCHOOL AND
DAY PROGRAMS
Our individualized support to students in public or private schools and day program ensure that our clients learning goals are met in accordance with the learning objectives. We partner with schools, various programs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that our clients individual support plan (ISP) and their Individual Education Plan is achieved.
HOSPITALS AND
HEALTHCARE FACILITIES
We collaborate with hospitals and healthcare facilities to provide support to children, youths, adults and seniors experiencing severe behavioural, social, emotional, cognitive and psychiatric challenges before, during and after their stay in these institutions upon their discharge. We provide these services 24/7/365.
CRISIS INTERVENTION AND RESPONSE COORDINATION
We respond very swiftly to all community and family crisis situations. Our swift response time to these crisis situations are driven by our vast network of support associates skilled to support crisis situations.
